Really, just kill it! I gave up on using it and so should you: rename feacp.dll and to hell with it!

Your days are counted on this planet, don't waste your time on this memory eating time-wasting monster. Try using Visual Assist (or something similar).  

Then, of course, you get problems with Windows Forms designer and such... life is never easy.
