I saw this movie titled -Idiocracy- yesterday and got the impression that this is the nightmare we are about to make true. The movie starts by a simple illustration of how people with higher IQ (read "not utterly stupid") reproduce less and less. The dumbest of all (the movie shows a redneck family), quite on the contrary multiply almost every year. 

The result: in 500 years the society is run by idiots and is a total mess. People spend all their time watching violence and sexual jokes on the TV. Starbucks is now a place where they give hand-jobs instead of coffee, etc. The movie is rather rough on the edges and is not the best implementation of what seems to be a profound idea. Still worth watching, even if just to find yourself terrified by how realistic it all looks. 

We have to stop stupidity now, before it's too late !!!
